All jewellery is handcrafted, and slight variations may occur. Materials are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary due to screen settings.

Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Made-to-order items require production time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP are inclusive of VAT and may change without notice. Payments processed securely. International customers may incur bank fees.

Shipping & Delivery
UK Orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery Service. A tracking number will be emailed once the item is posted. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping via tracked service. Customs fees, import duties and sales tax are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. Shipping options are: £15 for Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Delivery or £75 for Insured and tracked delivery by FedEx.

Dispatch times Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 working days. Made to order items: production times listed on product pages.

Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-ship pieces returnable within 14 days. Custom items and earrings non-returnable. Buyer pays return shipping.

Cancellations
Ready-to-ship orders may cancel before dispatch. Custom orders cannot cancel once production starts.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact within 7 days with photos. Faulty items refunded, repaired, or replaced.

Care & Warranty
6-month warranty for manufacturing faults. Included loose stones,faulty clasps, or structural issues.

Not Covered

Wear and tear, scratches, tarnish, damage from impact or improper care.

Warranty Claims
